PRIVATE BOOKINGS
Sarah has some limited availability for 1 on 1 Yoga or Meditation, and Somatic Therapy with Sound Healing.
Sessions can be hosted via Zoom, in her Rose Bay home studio, in your home or private venue.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Drawing influence from a variety of schools of yoga - Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Tantra, and Prana Vinyasa - Sarah’s deep respect for yogic traditions is woven with strong yet balanced sequencing, and a light hearted, nurturing approach.
Sarah’s lifelong connection with movement and dance has evolved through discovering many different layers of yoga, to become a journey of self development and healing.
Through an embodied and intuitive teaching style, Sarah inspires her students to move fluidly and mindfully, to breathe slowly, and laugh when they can!
