The Experience

In our welcome ceremony, you’ll cleanse your energy field, and tune into your intention for the day. Define and connect to your purpose in attending this holistic experience.

Open up with Hatha Yoga & Mantra, and nourish your belly with a bliss bowl for lunch. Then enjoy a special guest workshop, and warm up with a relaxing tea by the fire place.

Simmer in relaxation during Yin Yoga & Sound Healing, and raise your frequency with the high-vibration of chanting Kirtan.

Reflect at the end of the day with our closing circle and farewell hugs.

Float home feeling recharged, nourished, and re-connected to yourself, and community.

10:30 - 11:00am - Welcome Circle, Energy Clearing Ceremony and Intention Setting

11:00 - 12:30pm - Hatha Yoga Practice

12:30 - 12:45pm - Mantra Meditation

1:00 - 2:00pm - Lunch Break

2:00 - 3:00pm - Special Guest Embodiment Workshop

3:00 - 3:15pm - Herbal Tea and Relax in Garden

3:30 - 5:00pm - Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

5:00 - 5:30pm - Kirtan

5:30 - 6:00pm - Farewell Circle & Reflective Journalling


THE LOCATION

Stanwell Park

(aprox 70 min drive from Sydney CBD)

Our retreat is located in a spacious home just South of Sydney, in Stanwell Park. The natural environment here is significant and healing, as the suburb is nestled amongst mountains, national park, and the coast line. The lush garden is home to local wildlife, and the call of birds hums in the background.

We are approximately 1 hour drive South from the Sydney CBD, however please allow extra travel time to avoid rushing. The drive itself is beautiful and enjoyable, and you may choose to take the scenic route through the Royal National Park.

The arrival window is 10:00am - 10:30am, please plan ahead and do your best to arrive during this period as we will begin promptly at 10:30am. Upon booking we will provide address and directions to allow you to arrive safely to the retreat.

Meet Your Host

Sarah is fascinated by the transformative effect of mantra and breath. She has been practicing for over 15 years, and took a lengthy period to study Tantra and Hatha yoga in India in 2016. The transformation Sarah felt through her own Yoga practice sparked a profound inner journey, which she believes this to be the true essence of Yoga.

Sarah’s past struggles with grief and anxiety after her mother passed away left her unsure where to turn. It was the support of her Yoga practice that began to unravel layers of stress and tension and broadened her passion for a holistic way of living.

Her work has now shifted to include a more intimate, communicative setting. Sarah supports women through their spiritual and personal growth as a Somatic Healer and Wellness Coach, helping her clients reconnect with their body, recover from or avoid burn-out, heal emotional overwhelm, and re-discover a sense of purpose.

Knowing the doorway to her purpose has opened, Sarah is honoured to share her embodied knowledge with others on their own journey through life.
