The Experience
Sanctuary Retreat is a journey of connection towards your Inner Self.
We open the weekend setting intentions in our Opening Ceremony. Through meditation, you’ll tune into your own personal needs, and connect to the reason you’ve chosen to attend this holistic experience. This could be as profound or as simple as you like.
Perhaps right now you need to de-stress, connect with community, or simply chill out. You could be deepening your yoga practice. Or sensing an urge to learn something new. Self inquiry is the direct pathway to connect to your purpose or “Dharma” in life.
Over the course of the weekend you’ll be surrounded by luscious national park. Exposure to nature allows you to release physical, mental and emotional tension, which contributes to your physical wellbeing and reduces stress hormones.
Come if you’re willing to be inspired by insights from both ancient Hindu philosophy and modern science. We will explore traditional yogic practices, yoga, mantra and other movement and embodiment tools specifically designed to re-fill your energetic cup.
After this weekend in fresh, crisp air you will come home feeling vibrant, revitalised and restored.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Wiseman’s Ferry
(aprox 1.5-2hrs drive from Sydney CBD)
During winter, nature is calling us into a cocoon, to hibernate and find sanctuary within ourselves. Our retreat is being held at a beautiful, family run location in NSW, completely surrounded by greenery, with a toasty fire place to keep us cosy and warm.
RETREAT PROPERTY : YANADA
Nestled in a glorious green valley between the McDonald River and the Yengo Mountains, “Yanada” offers a tranquil, intimate respite from the hustle of city life.
The property adjoins the peaceful Yengo National Park, and is located 20 minutes from Wiseman’s Ferry. The retreat is hidden and remote, yet less than 2 hours drive from Sydney.
The drive itself is beautiful, and upon booking we will provide full directions and car pooling options to allow you to arrive safely to the retreat.
ACCOMODATION
Accommodation is priced per person, based on minimum 2 and maximum 4 people sharing a room. Shared rooms offer a beautiful opportunity to connect with new friends, or you can bring someone along with you and enjoy this experience together. We also have 2 luxury bell tents available for a Glamping Experience, please request at booking for availability. Bell tents are available as twin occupancy only (the 2 single beds cannot be moved to join).

INCLUDES:
2 nights accomodation (twin/triple/quad with a current or new friend) from Friday 3rd June - Sunday 5th June, 2022.
Check-in from 4pm Friday, check out 2pm Sunday.
Retreat location is Yanada Retreat centre, Wisemans Ferry - a stunning property surrounded by national park.
All meals are south-Indian Ayurvedic inspired and sustainably sourced, mostly vegetarian and including pescatarian dinner. Gluten free options available upon special request.
Meals include 2 nourishing breakfasts, lunches, and dinners plus tea, fruit and snacks.
4 x yoga classes lead by Sarah Hill. Morning Vinyasa, evening Yin.
2 x morning Mantra Meditation sessions.
2 x Kundalini Yoga Classed lead by Goldy.
Live Music, Kirtan and Mantra.
