We all require timeout to reset, particularly as the year rounds to an end.

To maintain your energy, it is vital to create time and space for yourself, to replenish your natural energy resources.

The Experience

This deep-dive into Yoga, Mantra, Meditation and Massage allows you to bring sense of release into the flow of your busy life - especially important right before the silly season unfolds.

You’ll tune into your own personal needs, and connect to the reason you’ve chosen to attend this holistic experience.

We’ll share Hatha Yoga & Mantra, and a nourishing lunch. Then in our Zen Thai massage workshop, with our special guest Jorge, you’ll learn how to confidently share the healing power of touch with your loved ones.

Simmer through Yin Yoga & Sound Healing, and raise your frequency with the high-vibration of chanting Kirtan.

THE LOCATION

Stanwell Park

(aprox 1 hour drive from Sydney CBD)

Our retreat is located in a spacious home just South of Sydney, in Stanwell Park. The natural environment here is significant and healing, as the suburb is nestled amongst mountains, national park, and the coast line. The lush garden is home to local wildlife, and the call of birds hums in the background.

We are approximately 1 our drive South from the Sydney CBD, and the drive itself is beautiful. Upon booking we will provide address and directions to allow you to arrive safely to the retreat.

Meet Your Hosts

Sarah has been fascinated by the transformative effect of mantra and breath work since her first Kundalini yoga class over 10 years ago. She took a lengthy period to study Tantra and Hatha yoga in India in 2016. The transformation Sarah felt through her own Yoga practice sparked a profound inner journey. She believes this to be the true essence of Yoga, and weaves this concept seamlessly through her accessible Yoga classes.

Sarah’s struggle with grief and anxiety after her mother passed away left her unsure where to turn. It was the support of her Yoga practice that began to unravel layers of stress and tension and broadened her passion for a holistic way of living.

Her work has now shifted to include a more intimate, communicative setting. Sarah supports women through their spiritual and personal growth in a 1:1 Wellbeing Coaching setting, providing accountability, and empathetic support. Knowing the doorway to her purpose has opened, Sarah is honoured to share her embodied knowledge with others on their own journey through life.

Jorge is a Zen Thai Massage Therapist, who has been on his healing journey for 15 years. Due to the high impact and nature of sports and trade work, he ended up with a great deal of physical imbalances, pain and chronic injuries, leading to experiencing depression which affected his physical and metal health significantly. Through Yoga, meditation, bodywork and somatic practices like Qi Gong, he allowed himself to feel what he was really feeling, and bring back self love through breath touch and movement. 

He now shares these embodied tools and practices with others, sending love and encouraging, healing energy to those he is honoured to work with.
